The Business

aide is an AI teammate designed to integrate seamlessly into existing workspace communication platforms. Users add aide to Slack, Teams, or Telegram as they would a new team member. The agent introduces itself and begins learning team dynamics by reading conversations and linked documentation (Notion, Google Drive, Confluence, GitHub). aide performs autonomous workplace tasks including sending and receiving emails, making calls, joining meetings, taking notes, updating CRMs, and flagging issues. It can be assigned a phone number for calling, texting, or WhatsApp communication with external contacts. The agent answers questions with source citations and manages calendar scheduling. It also offers a Human Intervention mode for escalating conversations when needed. Overall aide aims to be the OS for agentic workforce where enterprises build, deploy, manage and govern AI employees at scale and empower existing users without hiring additional FTEs.
